Our Change is Constant

We are tied to the seasons, just like our plants and produce. Each turn brings new things, and we wouldn't have it any other way. When things cool off, we get pumped for pumpkins, mums and pansies. When they warm up, well, there's just too much happening to even start mentioning here. Come see what's new, because, at Bedford, it's always something.

It doesn't get any fresher than this. Our seasonal farm stand keeps us busy stocking up on delicious and regionally sourced fruits and vegetables. Vine ripe tomatoes, yellow squash, cucumbers, and South Carolina peaches are so fresh you might as well have picked them yourself. Freshness is always important and our produce is refreshed every couple of days. Special orders of bulk items are also available. Come in and let your tastebuds be the judge. Additionally, in the fall we add heirloom pumpkins and gourds in all sizes and colors to the mix. The wartier and more off shaped the better.

Easter has always marked the unofficial start of spring as the trees and flowers are reborn with new life. For the Easter season, our mainstay is the ever popular Easter lily, known for the sweet fragrance of their blooms. We specialize in providing these lilies to the churches in the area. Let us know how we can help you out. In addition, we offer blooming hydrangeas and potted azaleas as companions to your Easter decor.

Christmas & Poinsettias

First things first. We promise not to talk Christmas and poinsettias in July. For us, the Christmas and holiday season is the perfect time of the year to bring nature’s botanicals indoors. Fresh greens and wreaths are a must for holiday decor. Poinsettias are the Christmas flower and the perfect compliment to your home’s decor. We grow our poinsettias on site and each one is hand planted in July to make sure that it is in perfect color for you. Amaryllis and paperwhite bulbs are another great addition to your indoor rooms. We are proud to say that our poinsettias are used to decorate many of the churches, offices and homes in our area.
